3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing:

  • All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated
  • Prices include VAT where applicable
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • The price at the time of order confirmation is the binding price

Payment:

Promotional Codes:

  • Promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  2. You receive an order confirmation email (this is not acceptance)
  3. We send an order acceptance email once we begin processing

We Reserve the Right to:

  • Cancel orders if products become unavailable

Customer Cancellations:

  • Before Shipping: Contact info.velvetpress@gmail.com immediately. If not yet dispatched, we'll cancel and refund in full
  • After Shipping: Standard return policy applies (see Return and Refund Policy)

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination
  • Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed
  • We ship to UK and international addresses (restrictions may apply)
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

Delivery:

  • You must provide accurate shipping information
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges
  • You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes (international orders)
  • Signature may be required upon delivery

Delays:

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays or lost packages

7. Product Warranty

12-Month Limited Warranty:

AirPress Pro is covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase, covering:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship
  • Manufacturing defects affecting functionality

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Use with incorrect voltage or power supply
  • Damage from failure to follow care instructions
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect performance

Warranty Claims:

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact info.velvetpress@gmail.com with proof of purchase
  2. Describe the defect and provide photos if requested
  3. We'll arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Proper Use and Safety

You agree to:

  • Follow all instructions in the user manual
  • Comply with safety warnings and electrical requirements
  • Not modify or tamper with the product
