All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 


 

2. Shipping Times

 

Our standard delivery time within the United Kingdom is 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods (such as holidays or promotional events).

We currently only ship within the UK.

 


 

3. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly stated on our website.

 


 

4. Order Tracking

 

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

 


 

5. Delays and Issues

 

While we always aim for timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, customs).

If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, please contact us and we’ll assist you immediately.

 


 

6. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
