30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return your AirPress Pro within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. We stand behind our product and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at info.velvetpress@gmail.com with your order number
  • We'll provide return instructions and a prepaid return label (UK addresses)
  • Ship the item back in its original packaging with all accessories

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your AirPress Pro must be:

  • In its original condition with all accessories, manual, and packaging
  • Unused or gently tested (normal try-before-you-buy usage is acceptable)
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

We cannot accept returns on items that show excessive wear, damage from misuse, or are missing components.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved returns: Full refund issued within 5-7 business days
  • Refund method: Original payment method
  • Return shipping: Free for UK customers; deducted from refund for international returns

You'll receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your AirPress Pro arrives damaged or develops a defect:

  • Contact us immediately at info.velvetpress@gmail.com
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect and your order number
  • We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at your preference

You will not be charged for return shipping on damaged or defective items.

Warranty Coverage

AirPress Pro includes a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement:

  1. Return your current unit for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the replacement

This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Units with tampered serial numbers or warranty seals
  • Items damaged by customer misuse

International Returns

Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
